Need help on tunning my r32?

My golf r32 has had the aps stage 3 done to it. Love it but u know how it is would love more power to keep up with the evo fqs. The stage 3 consists of cams, remap, catback miltek system and a pannel filter.

Does any1 know what to do next without going down the supercharge or turbo route just yet.

Theres nothing on the invoice with any head work. do you know how much that is and how much bhp your gaining from that? thanks

Thanks for all your coments, i might consider just saving for the supercharger then. dont fancey the turbo because of the price of most of the kits and the work needing done. if i can get 400 bhp from a supercharger at some point i will be more than happy
