Wrapping my Griff...
Discussion
Due to let downs, by TWO painter friends of ours, I've decided to go for a vinyl wrap!
Also, with my Son starting Uni on Monday, I'll have to 'Sponsor' him, until he gets a job...I now can't afford a £3k+ paint-job, so a grand for a wrap sounds brilliant, considering that the interior trim is still to come, and all the other 'little' extras, that soon add up...
My dilemma is; should I stay with tradition, or go with a Matte finish?
I will probably have it painted in a year or two, anyway...

Check out his website..the finish on the cars is superior than vinyl wrap, plus he's done plenty of TVRs ![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)
Is this the finish HCM above is talking about for c£1,000 ?![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)
If it is then I might pop in one day for a look at a few examples and a chat. The finishes look excellent in the videos and photos but would still want to see them in the flesh so to speak to be 100% sure it was a viable option.
On a linked not how easy is it to remove the covering if you ever wanted to go for a full re-spray in paint ?

He's in Essex, and my body is off the chassis...The wrappers are around the corner from me...it's a case of logistics - transport, time, etc., = No contest...![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)

It doesn't mention anything about the quality/standard of the work though? The fact that the proprietor is confident enough to use it on his own Sag speaks volumes, I would have thought Have a look at the Griff, half wrapped...Go to the site on my earlier post, and click on portfolio...

...now I have a problem with the interior...I planned for black and tan leather, and have already paid for the leather..!
Now, I don't think the combination, with the red and gold flip, will work...
Black is an obvious(but boring) choice...Has anyone seen a red and gold flip with a different interior Colour?
Or, any Suggestions? My trim guy has suggested Bentley Chocolate Brown...
