Thanks for the advice Dave. Wise as usual.

I'm pretty sure I know its the bottom of the white nylon joints that is leaking and that is thanks to your previous "kitchen roll everywhere" hint I'd read.

Perhaps its time to bite the bullet and take that apart then. I'll do that tonight rather than faffing with something I don't know in the engine bay.

The whole lot is coming out this winter because another drip down by the passengers left ankle tells me the matrix is shot.

Clamp the pipes up first Ian, there is a surprising amount of water when you undo the damn things... and it isn't easy to contain in the footwell!
