Griff Headlights

Assuming you want to take out the whole light assembly - Remove hatch from front of wheelarch. That allows you to loosen the clumsy bracket that holds the light pod and glass in place. You’ll have to break the mastic seal around the glass to release the pod. Whilst your at it consider upgrading to bigger Sportmotive 7” reflectors. Well worth it IMO.
Carefully cut through silicone, trying not to damage paintwork.
This will free up whole unit (the silicone is structurally holding most of the light.
Remove access panel from wheel arch. There is a bolt holding the unit back to a flat plate which itself is connected to the body (wheel arch hole perimeter bittom). Remove wiring connectot
Carefully remove unit from front aperture, twisting the unit out.
Think that everything.
The perspex cover is held onto the fibreglass unit with self tappers etc. if it needs removing.
If you need pics, drop me a pm.

Not sure that you need to change the dip as the lights are so poor they would never blind anyone.
