Can anyone advise where I might get (or have made) a carbon fibre instrument and heater panel for a 500. If so, any idea's on price.

Thanks

Andy.

Speak to Tim at ACT. I think he quoted me something like £150 to have the old backing panels covered and laquered. He'll be doing mine at some point.

I made my own out of CF for about £100. That was a while back now and with ACT ones for £150 i would
bother with the hassle now and would just buy one of his. Great prices there.
There are variants in Dash and heater panels so make sure your not left with too many holes...or not enough but then you could always drill in another smile

Chuff me. I love the wooden dash on my Griff and certainly wouldn't swap it, but that looks shit-hot Simon. I've seen your car loads of times but never seen those wooden dash pictures. Boy what a difference. The clocks look 100% better on a CF background too. Nice job thumbup

Wargriff

As you have 2, did you get them made without having to use the existing dash?

Cheers

I've posted this picture before - but its always nice for me to see my handiwork again !!!
Made a blank out of 5mm plywood and then glued some 1mm carbon fibre on top.
Also took the opportunity to change the layout, fit new LEDs and some very nice aluminium buttons and a Tuscan air vent.

if you've got any questions give me a shout
cheers Andy
