Name & shaming rules

Could some one put me right in the naming rules on here please..
Following up with my original listing on this, STRANDED IN CROYDON. have now taken the brakes of my griffith front & rear, put Originals back on with new grooved & dippled discs front & rear, With yellow pads.
Most people will know where i had the up rated brakes purchased from,,,,,,,, The brake speciallist in . LOL
I have been contacted by them today asking if they can collect them without refunding my money £1210.00 in total invoiced by them. And asked me to keep the front as only the backs leaked.
Now I am going to sue them whatever happens now my secretary has been in touch with Bromley county court this after noon & started the ball rolling,
My question is that when this goes to court & i win, Can they be named and shamed for selling & fitting DANGEROUS parts,If i loose ill put my name up for ridicule...
