Clutch needs freeing off - all suggestions please :)

been in storage for long time and first the clutch rusted on and then the Master cylinder gave out - have managed to free in the past by driving with clutch depressed and coming on a nd off throttle and braking with throttle open, however she wasnt keen to oblige last time

so, welcome all suggestions

thanks guys - I need to have master cylinder sorted first - any experienced mechanic willing to do it in a nice big dry barn nr Kettering Northants?

I have a long private drive at the farm so able to do some hot runs afterwards hopefully
