Evening all,

Being a bit of an an 'uneducated' enthusiatic when it comes to the Griff, I am hoping for a few pointers.

I am going to check out a Griff on saturday morning. What are the tell-tale signs of a well loved for example compared to a rather shoddy example (apart from aesthetics obviously)?

What would you be looking for from a '96 500?

Hoping for tips

Tony

Thanks guys,

That was the sort of advice I was looking for.

Most of it is common sense of course - but the few tips on which bits to check over are gratefully appreciated.

I just hope TMS get my Cerb back to me before tomorrow am (new steering rack) otherwise I may not be able to make it over there to check it out.

Cheers

Tony

Thanks for your help chaps.

I went to check it out this am. Nice motor - reckon I'll get it. Everything seemed OK - but if I were to buy it I waould want new carpets throughout (even in the back) - any idea of cost for such a task?
