A friend is taking this out for test-drive tonight. It is for sale at a dealers near Bournemouth. I can't believe the mileage is genuine.

1992 K 5 spd, electric windows, alloys, 1 owner since 1992, 3,700 miles, red/black leather £14750.

My mate reckons it looks like new.

What are they like without PAS? What are the older non T5 gearboxes like?

I have been looking for a Griff since just before Christmas so if he doesn't want it I may bite the dealers arm off.

A friend went for a drive in it last night. He owns a Saab at present and has never driven a TVR before.

The mileage seemed genuine. The car had all the paperwork for the last ten years - MOT's etc..

He has not bought it BB.

It is the first he has tried.

I think he is more concerned about mind bending warp speed acceleration and he will probably go for a 5.
