Sorry for the delay, I have been busy building a mini!
The kit is a Zcars conversion, www.zcars.org.uk They can put any engine in any car. You could get them to build you a complete car or buy a kit and build it yourself,-a bit cheaper! The basic kit depends on which engine you want to use. Think any engine you want! He will be able to make you a frame to fit it in a mini. They have made them with many different bike engines, and recently honda variants and one or two ford dura-tech units. Once you have the kit there are a one or two other bits you mite just want. The kit is 5500GBP, then you need an engine, ECU, Bulckhead, brake/coolant/petrol pipes pumps..... It seems like once you have the kit you dont need a lot more to make it work, this is not realy true, there are a lot small bits that you forget about and soon add up!
If you want Zcars to build you a complete drive in drive out honda mini in good spec, it will cost around 20,000GBP.
You could buy the kit and build it yourself to a lower spec for around 10,000GBP
I did plan to take the cheaper route, it did not really work, as there are lots of nice little bits you just have to have - big brakes, Custom exhaust carbon dash.... Would be rude not to!
Mine has turned from a cheap one into a bit of a expencive nightmare, i dont like thinking how much i have spent on it, but i would estimate with me building it around the 20k mark!
A bit crazy considering I am only 22 and dont have a lot of money! You only live once.
Hope that helps.

You are best of giving Chris at Zcars a ring.
He can do anything... They are making a tvr with an 800bhp and 4x4 thanks to a skyline engine and many new bits!
