racing minis

hi im interested in racing my mini what could i race it in. its a 1480 race spec engine with split twin webbers, omega race piston, 249 cam, 1.5 roller rockers, steel crack 9000rpm, eletronic ignition, paddle clucth, ultralight flywheel, straight cut gears, lsd diff etc
and were can i get regs from.
