Someone on another thread said the prices have just increased...just checked and the car i collected 4 weeks ago is now over £4k more.
No idea to what degree your locked in at the price on an ordered car or if the increase has to be paid on cars not yet delivered.
On another marque I have 2 cars ordered and they have just increased the prices; one has a build date in May and not subject to a £10k increase, the other no build date as yet and is subject to price increase.
Anyone shed any light on JLR view on this?

Would love one but the 510 hybrid makes more sense financially for me!
I know what you mean, but this time round the Performance one looks interesting. Matt Becker has done the handling side and over 600bhp, Ltd nosWheelspinning said:

My FFRR order placed in Nov 21 received a mandatory £5k increase in price around a year later, as did everyone else. We also received a mandatory downgrade in the hifi system spec with a minor price adjustment. Nothing is fixed until it’s built. Yup; my car i collected 4 weeks ago had a £5k price increase last year after initial order, but if it hadn't arrived 4 weeks ago and arrived say this week it would be subject to a further £4k+ increase.
I expect the order I placed last week has increased by £3k today but hopefully price rises will help keep depreciation low. Phil. said:

Even if they wanted to, which the don't, they couldn't flood the market with these and are most likely very happy with the resulting strong demand and for once, respectful residuals.
Let's hope the reliability of these new models holds up.

I have to say, the Sport was utterly fantastic and totally faultless in 6 months of ownership.
I cannot recommend one enough.
We have only had the FFRR for around a month and its shaping up to be exactly the same, if not even more comfortable and outstanding to waft about in.
There was only £10k difference in price between the 510e First Edition and the 350 Autobiography replacement.
Its defo worth the extra £10k.
Its amazing how quickly you get used to the plug in hybrid and its fab range, so really miss that aspect.
Strange because I always avoided Range Rovers due to outrageous depreciation and perceived reliability issues.
So far in my experience they have addressed both issues.
I genuinely cannot remember feeling as relaxed as I have done whilst behind the wheel of both of the models over any other previous vehicles owned.
Yes they've definitely sort out the reliability then!I cannot recommend one enough.

When we traded the 510e sport, it was indicating something mad of around 150 or more mpg. This was the display after around we had used it approx 400miles.
Even then showing a pretty respectable 64.7mpg.
As I mentioned before, I never once put petrol in it in 6 months.
Personally, I thought Harry drove it very hard in his test, and expecting it to handle like a Cayenne on his favourite bend at near 3 tonnes isn't what these are for imo.
I have other stuff for that.
We had a FFRR 510e SV for a week just before Christmas and I was mighty impressed; enough that I have ordered one.
