Ahh suddenly this makes a lot more sense. So it is a unique product which explains why the buyer might be doing this.

Also there seem to be a large number of randomly named websites out there that have copied your website if you do a search for the product name. They all look like scam sites. Are you sure you haven't been hacked and don't realise it yet ?

I’ll let my website hosts know, ta, ref the price, we had a price rise not 10 days ago, that was the old price. Anyway, parcel being collected on Thursday, I’ll close this thread. Thanks to all who offered advice.

Firstly, it is entirely possible for you to get their bank details if you wish, and secondly I am not sure how that will convey some kind of scam....was there a point you were trying to make.

Update if anybody is interested.

Buyer arranged for parcel to be collected on Thursday 7th Sept, we had it all ready to go.

Nobody showed, I left it 48hrs and then dropped buyer a message, nothing, the message has been read.

Sent a couple more since then, nothing, yet money is still in my account.

Going to give it til next Thursday, ie 4 weeks, then I’ll unwrap it all and sell it on.

How strange.

Update for anyone who’s still awake.

Over two months since the item should have been collected by the customers no show courier he makes contact again this week.

We had unpacked it all and sold it all on.

Reckons he has found a more reliable courier, and hopes to arrange collection for next week sometime.

So, let’s try again shall we.

Update.

Package collected by forwarding agent earlier today. Now on its way to the Indian Ocean.

Hopefully that’s it, I’ll hear no more.
