Then your page would have to be full of Harry Potter content.. There's ways to manipulate what gests hwon and even stop certain ads showing / barring whole URLs but you cant just choose..

You need to look for an advertising company that offers 'search' rather than 'content' advertising. You can kind of do this through Adsense, but it doesn't work/pay as well as others. See the searchbox at the top of http://www.forumula1.net/forum as an example. Sadly, what you probably need are just the sponsored ads, not the organic search listings too.
