Those prices are pretty standard now. I can't believe what we pay to put people up these days.
I do like a good hotel and am quite happy to pay for it but some places are £800+ a night and just simply insanely priced, even when you get there all the amenities are inflated also.

It feels the same with most 'luxury' stuff though, even trainers are £1000+ when 2 years ago it was £600 which was still high but not super bad. The gap is widening up for sure.
Trainers are £50. I think you're on a different side of the gap than you think you are..
The £1k trainers, £300 T-shirts, £500 jeans are for the super wealthy or the super gullible that are “influenced” on social media by manipulative snake oil salesmen.

Very sudden severe drop off in many sectors but not vapes - they are selling like crazy on Amazon.
Hard to believe a young lad with 2 part time staff smashed £300k last month. Not sure why he needs be I can learn a lot from him.

Cosmetics are still huge but so many new players coming in do dilute the young hero brands.

Fashion seems good, I’m not so fast but quick fashion these days, again March was a record March.
What's the aov? Can't be much over £20? Sounds insane dispatch numbers for that staff or are they doing fba?

£300k through FBA means you're left with £2.50 profit after Amazon have finished taking their fees.

If they're doing 3PL or Amazon FBA then they don't need to pick and pack at all.

Yes, that was why I asked if they were doing fba. I assume a couple part time staff aren't picking and packing 15,000 odd orders.

FBA with most stock sent straight in from bonded / supplier. Lovely but risky business model hence I’ve taken him into Spanish Cleaning stuff as a parallel.
AOV is £27

I love the rabbit holes your posts take me down. Would you mind explaining why Spanish cleaning products are a thing?

People should really think before dropping acronyms, not everyone is on the same page. YMMV, FFS Etc.
