Farms, Barns, Old Buildings, Land etc…

Any of these would do, can anyone advise on where to start looking?

We would like to buy somewhere to both live and work from, normal estate agents have provided little help.

Does anyone specialise in this area? I am looking for something in the Home Counties area, along the M1 corridor.

Thanks.

Just seen some lovely places on those sites. Amazing what you can get out in the sticks... compared to a 1 bedroom studio flat in SW London. rolleyes

Worth mentioning though that agricultural land can be harder to get a mortgage on iirc.

Something to do with an act that made it damn hard to sucessfully evict tenants in the event of default.
