horizon hosted phone system

looking at going with this as a solution for our taxi office, anyone have any experience of Horizon and using it day to day?

just a general overview really, whats your thoughts and experiences with it? does it deliver on what it promises is it reliable?

do you use it to pass calls to mobile at all and if so how do you find that side of things?

were having everything taken care of for us thankfully from Focus, their supplying bb phones and setup so as pointed out above just one finger to point if things go wrong.



I'll keep you guys updated when we start going forward, only signed the order forms last week so hoping for a quick turnaround
