Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good firm? I need a limited company for a spot of contracting, the thing is that although the first 6m will be UK, after that the next bit of work is likey to be any of Zurich, Singapore, Tokyo....so I need a bit of flexibility, not to mention a multi-currency bank account.

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers.

Tim

Company formation is easier than it ever has been. Check out the internet for the hundreds of organisations who will do this for you.

Erm yes, I know there are lots of companies out there, what I was really looking for was a recommendation of a GOOD company that can be trusted to be reliable, flexible and discreet from someones experience with them.

Fair enough.

To be honest, because the process of setting up a company is so straightforward these days, most of the companies that do this type of "formation" work seem to be fairly OK. Any of my clients who have set up companies in recent years have not had any problems - and they've all used different formation agents.

Setting up the company is the easy part - running it and keeping on top of the annual paperwork is the difficult bit.

Oh agreed, and it's the admin bit that I really need assistance with, plus banking arrangements. It feels as though it's never been easier to inadvertantly commit some compliance crime or other for not filling in this form or that by this deadline or that!
