What do people think?
'fractional ownership' apparently common in the US. on anyhting from houses to planes..

timeshare you own the 'time' i.e. a slot per year, whereas with fractional ownership you actually own a share of the property - and get the benefit of value rises if you later sell.. looks promising, especially as the bahamas are tax free and you can pass it on as part of your 'estate'...

yeah.. with seriously lux service..no hassle and with the exchange rate @ $2.03 at the moment! bit better than a craply built box in spain or eastern europe..
