We are a long established vehicle rental company looking to secure local authority business . Im looking for any hints / tips / advice / pointers etc when trying to obtain vehicle rental business from the various councils . Do they only rental via the tender process or do they rent ' off tender ' . Have their paymnent times improved - used to be 120 days !
