Starting a Sex Website....

I know someone who is seriously thinking of downloading a of the free porn available on the net (so I am told) then sticking it up on a self made site and changing via CC for access.

I have told him this is probably not entirly legal but I know the porn industry is not well regulated.

Does anyone have any expereince of this (post under an alias if you must or email [e-mail])
