HELP NEEDED : Thinking of a new Company Name

Hello Fellow Pistonheads,

I've set up and currently run a late night alcohol drinks delivery company, call Bottoms Up Drinks Ltd. However some of you may be aware that there is still interest from the new company which has brought the Bottoms Up name from the Threshers Group.

I am thinking of rebranding the company, to ensure I don't step on any ones toes. Is there a web site, where I can find out if that name is a Registered Trade Mark, Copyright, there is a company who has already trading as that name already or has express interest in it? Apart from the obvious of doing a search on Companies House.

Also I would welcome Company name suggestions?

I would recommend not telling people what domain names you are thinking of registering. You might find someone takes them then wants you to buy it off them.

As for the name. Its a bit dry dont you think?

Point taken, and a very good point. Ok guys any further suggestions must be encoded! lol

I totally agree the name is very dry, but a web developer said we will come top. Think a funky name and a good SEO can get us just as high up as well
