I didn't think you could get the Apple News app in the UK yet? My iPhone 6 certainly hasn't got it as part of the update?
From Macworld (just about to try it now...)How to get Apple News in the UK
What if you live in the UK: if there any way to get the Apple News app? Luckily there is:
Go to Settings > General > Language and Region, select USA. Restart your device...
This will allow you to give the News app a try and see just what you are missing.
I have it on an iPad Air 2, and I think it's a great upgrade. The keyboard change was so overdue and splitscreen is a nice thing to have, although it'll be nicer when more apps support it(unless it's going to stay as being selected Apple apps only?).
Ad blockers now being available is a wonderful thing, although I haven't yet tested if it blocks those ads that automatically send you to the app store. Does anyone know? I'm guessing yes but I don't know how they work exactly.

I really wish I hadn't upgraded my 5S. I had 10GB of music stored on my phone imported from iTunes. It's deleted everything off the storage (still available in offline mode) which means I can no longer listen to anything in the car. The really annoying thing is that I can't even select all MY music and make available in offline mode as it's not freed up any storage sapce! So I have about 300MB left on my phone and lost 10GB of music.
I have the 6S on order with a larger capacity but I'm thinking twice now. I have an iPad 2, B&W Zeppelin and Apple TV. If I didn't I'd cancel the order and put up with a cr@ppy android device out of principal. The bloody evil Apple corporation has me.

I've acquired 7000 phantom unread emails and all usuall techniques to remove don't!
My wife's iPad Mini 2 gained 20,000 unread phantom mails. Even tried deleting the account, re added it and it seemed to have cured it, but now they are all back.Burwood said:
another annoying 'thing' is within email you used to swipe to get 'Delete' 'Flag' 'More'. Now i get this random 'Archive' and no delete on some emails. I could read up about it but why remove a delete option and replace it with Archive.
It might be a gmail thing? I have about 4 different email accounts on my iPhone5 and iPad Mini 2 - a couple of them are gmail accounts and I've always just had an archive option rather than a delete option. Others, such as a hotmail account, has a delete option.I am having a few problems with iOS 9 - not least the f***ing Game Center which won't switch off no matter what I do and keeps interrupting me in the middle of games as it seems to take a minute or so to realise I'm in an app. I also keep getting a blank screen and having to reset the iPhone and iPad Mini.
As someone said above, if Apple didn't have their claws well and truly dug into me, I would probably be looking at escaping the eco-system. But my whole house is Mac - iPhones, iPads, iMacs, Macbooks, ... - that's a lot of kit to mess about with.

5S
Battery issues - draining away in no time, and including seeming to bv$$3r up charging from my Mophie Helium.
Anyway, it was something in Location Services - I have been trying over three days to pinpoint the problem, but not much wiser:
9:30 the battery got down below 20%....down to 10% in no time.... switched off about eight Location Services.... still showing 10% two and a half hours later. ..... but suddenly died .... still showing 10% !!! Plugged it in and it's now showing 25% immediately from start up - go figure!

I'm still having the frustrating offline music only issue that appeared with 8
I only want to see music that is physically on the phone, not all my purchases or Apple music. I use it purely as an old fashioned iPod.
So I've set it to show offline music only, and set it to not use mobile data for music. However when I list music then everything I've ever bought is there, including the stuff I put on, there's no distinction between the two. If I turn off wi-fi or log out then the extra tracks disappear (although it then keeps pestering to log back in).
Whilst I appreciate the 'always on / always connected' mantra might appeal to some people and Apple have obviously put in a lot of effort to make it, it's not what I want, I like to copy a bunch of albums onto the phone to enjoy that week, or test the mix of music I'm currently working on. I don't want to have to sift through a huge list of artists to get to the thing I want, nor do I want to risk accidentally using mobile data whilst playing music. I upgraded to the iOS 9.1 beta where this problem still occurs, I've sent a bug report to Apple, hopefully they'll nail it.
