As previously promised, here are some of my adventures with cars!

Asking for a Porsche 904 gave me this:

[url]|https://thumbsnap.com/4e6M97y5[/url

And it thinks these are Lotus 72s:

(But at least asking for 'Gulf livery' got better results than trying to describe it.)

'Red Cobra racing down Eau Rouge'

'Red Cobra racing round the Karussel'

At least the 250GTO turned out all right.

Ford Imp. or Hillman Escort?

You need to give it more context. And spell things correctly wink

Even specifying the year (1963) wouldn't remove the Escort overtones.

Yet over on Imagebot, my very first attempt at a car came out perfect (only had to flip it to make it RHD).

And their 250FTO was just as good as Bing's:

Also, unlike Bing, it gave me a 904!

Unfortunately, I was asking for a 917. Still after a few tries I got one.

Not perfect, but at least we didn't get Karen Gillan's horrible skinny legs.

And it thinks this is a VW Golf!

Or is that my fault for not asking for a Rabbit?

You need to share the prompt that you are using... this stuff is not intelligent... I think you are assuming too much.

I mean what more can you say? I tried changing the year to no avail. Also tried Sunbeam Imp, Hillman Imp Californian, Sunbeam Stiletto, which gave me a sort of Alpine/Tiger saloon, and Singer Chamois, which for some reason it wouldn't accept. All failures.

This one looked OK though.

Stretch limos are fun, as it makes them impossibly long!

That doesn't look very Impish though.

Cos it's a beemer?

And as for the people, at least Image bot lets you ask for them. If on Bing, you type in the name of any real person, alive or dead, it just blocks it.

You can sometimes get round it though, here I asked for Arya Stark from Game Of Thrones and got Maisie Williams, job done.

(Works better with US movies and series than UK ones, for obvious reasons.)

Any better?

"A photograph of the Britsh sportscar 1963 Hillman Imp, photorealism, highly detailed"

Where there is ambiguity or scarcity you need to give it more context, like the Cobra.

the Cyan Racing P1800 thread got me wondering about a different sort of mod - what're your thoughts on this?

I'd probably buy that. It looks remarkably elegant.

It looks better than the Cyan car, especially in the wheel fitment.

I’ve got to ask (because I’m sure as st not Googling it!), is all this AI imaging going to kill off porn?

I assume there’s already a porn version of the websites being used in this thread and video AI seems to be well on the way so surely……

I'd imagine at some point it's possible - currently, however, given how freaky AI makes people look...
