Well - I have taken the local advice and transferred five domains to TSO.

If they go bust next month, I know where you all live! hehe

I've been with Vidahost from the very beginning for personal and business use .

They are superb from their products to the support. Nothing is too much trouble.

I'm paid up with R1 for a personal site, (just my own .co.uk for email really) for a while yet - relatively recently took advantage of a 3 for 2 offer. Dammitt.. Other than biting the bullet and paying again which will be annoying, can I move it to someone else before the contract ends? Getting a little fed up with the email failures and the amount of spam..

Ok then. I'll take a look at this then. Shame to have paid up, but its next to useless at the moment.. Might fire off a help request and see if that helps, but I'm not holding my breath from what I've been seeing here..

ETA - Exceptionally rude 'help' on the support tickets. Thats my mind made up then. rage

Off to another ISP.. biggrin

And now ⅔ of the emails I'm sending are being rejected including ones that were fine just yesterday. Should have swapped when I had the chance as I'm totally swamped at the moment with work for a few days..

This is what it did to me on gmail/yahoo/hotmail emails.

TSOHost got the server online in 6 hours... highly recommended.

A swift call to TSO and a payment and let them move your mail ASAP. Won't take longer than a few hours (for them).

Hahahaha, omg, wtf is going on. I've just received copies of every email I received last week and I can't send any emails outbound.

You're walking along a street and suddenly realise that EVERYONE is running in the opposite direction.

What do you do? ;-)

Try the distance selling act like someone above did. These problems with Reg1 have been going on for a considerable time now so it's not going to get better anytime soon.

In fairness to R1, I haven't had any major problems at all. My site is working and email is forwarded to Fastmail as it always has been. A recent support enquiry was more slowly responded to than usual, but not terribly so. I have another 18 months paid for and see no compelling reason to move yet.
