Best paid for VPN?
Discussion
Using a vpn could arguably make you easier to be tracked - because all your traffic is funnelled to a single point (the vpn exit point). So if your actual traffic is unencrypted, it will be easier to track everything you do if the vpn provider is hacked or targeted by certain organisations.

Is VPN easy to install because I'm quite intrigued as to what is being hidden when Google says 'Some results may have been removed under data protection law in Europe'.
I can confirm NordVPN is as easy to install as it is easy to use. As I mentioned above, there are some additional steps for Linux users, but whatever you use there are tutorials on their webpage and they offer 24/7 live chat support.Lacrimosa said:

I assume they start to notice a lot of traffic coming from a particular server so block it? Anyone get this from other VPN providers?
I've also found it doesn't pass some online DNS Leak tests, there is some info on their website about fixing that but I've never quite sorted it out.

I recently got NordVPN and so far its worked perfect, fast enough to stream UK tv apps via the firestick and also netflix USA etc, for some reason when using the UK servers the netflix app seems to know and stops you playing anything, but so far USA has been working ok. Apparently they have certain servers to use specifically for Netflix.

I've done tons of research into VPNs and ultimately decided against Nord due to several complaints about their speed. Now using PureVPN and surfing the internet fine with it.
And it's almost certainly owned by the FBI (or Russian or Chinese equivalent).Another reason why I went for UK firm Hidden24. My security requirements are clear, so I don't need anything even slightly suspicious.

That's interesting, I too have heard some complaints levelled against Nord in the past, but none about speed, now granted I'm on a high speed cable so my base may be higher than yours, but I can't say I've noticed any real slowdown on Nord, it keeps up with me, and our place is heavily loaded with users online.V8mate said:
