The cashback is claimed by the customer over the period so you have to remember to go through the process. Hover over the little 'i' and it explains how often. You actually pay the full amount and make the claims as you go along.

Apart from that slight complication it's an excellent deal.
That may explain an email i got earlier...O2 have to approve my account... have a excellent credit rating so wondered why.

See what tomorrow brings
Arrived yesterday.

Getting the hang of it presently.

Quite impressed so far

for £13.50 a month for 30gb and new phone still can't believe it
Now tell the Google Assistant to stick reminders in your calendar to claim your cashback wink

Are any other P30 / P20 Pro users finding that the "food" mode in the AI camera adds lots of yellow?

I haven't tried it to be honest, I did do the motorway at night with vehicle lights, that was quite smart. wink

Sometimes, yes. I think it tries to add warmth hence the yellow.

As for the motorway shot - did you hand hold it or use a tripod?

Has anyone done a hard reset of their phone? I back mine up to Google One and I'm intrigued as to how it might go...

I did a restore to it (new phone)

You need to backup SMS, photo's separately

Also the default Whatsapp backup is weekly so backup beforehand

Has anyone here gone from P20 Pro to P30 Pro? Any real-world observations on the camera improvements (if any)?

I'm headed to NZ next year and considering an early upgrade if the camera is (even) better...
