Ive had this at least 3 or 4 times this week. Very annoying!

IOS 11 seems very buggy compared to older releases.

Feels like a MS product now, apps open but don’t react for a while... horrid. Still stuttery when app switching, and if opening the messages app and selecting a text to write or respond to, its slow and laggy, takes time before you can enter any letters in the text. It used to be almost instantaneous, now acts like a MS bloody product...

So iOS 11.2 beta1 I’ve been running it a couple of days and did a night shift last night, about 15hours using my phone as per normal and got home with 22% battery and no need for my pack!

Only a beta but if they can keep that battery drain down I’m very impressed.

Is there any rhyme or reason (in layman terms) why an update would be 11.1 rather than 11.0.4

11.0.X is usually bug patching

11.X is usually a larger feature update

Phew. What a relief. #rolleyes

Edit. Is that the same as non binary? Maybe the update should be expressed as a fraction.

When hitting the home button on my SE it’s now randomly dimming the screen to the lowest possible setting, at no point did I bring up the control for that, wierd.
