Working really well on my Macbook pro
And Outlook ? or not relevant ?Good job really as I rely heavily on it and had only upgraded from 2011 a few weeks ago
It has crashed twice in the last hour when woken from sleep... fine all day before that and ok now - very strange. May have to try a clean install.
Also noticed this earlier: My 256gb jetdrive lite lives in the SD slot and only has mp3 on it (some of my itunes library), but el capitan doesn't seem to think it is music

Overall, I like El Capitan:
- Seems nippier than Yosemite on my 2013 MacBook Air
- Font change has made text more legible on the non-retina screen
- Improved window management
- Not much else has changed from Yosemite (which is good!)
What I don't like:
- Airdrop is completely broken for iOS 9 to El Capitan transfers and vice-versa; El Capitan to El Capitan works fine, and iOS 9 to Yosemite worked fine

The Outlook 2011 patch seems to work ok to me. I have synched up with the server successfully now and this wasn't working at all before.
Startup is much faster with El Capitan on my MacBook Pro btw.
have been holding off the upgrade until I know the outlook issue has been sorted. Is the patch something from Microsoft or an Apple update? Startup is much faster with El Capitan on my MacBook Pro btw.
Just upgraded iMac running Yosemite and Outlook 2011 which has a direct network connection to Exchange. After installing El Capitan, opened Word and ran the critical Microsoft Office update. No problems with Outlook at all.
Also did the same to Macbook Pro which has a remote Exchange connection and that was fine too after installing critical update.
Just a shame it wasnt ready for release of El Capitan as its been a known issue for a long time.

Carried out the upgrade on my iMac, all okay except...in Mail I send a lot of pics via email and am having a problem, can some one test their set up for me?
Drag say 10 pics into an email, then see if you can highlight and delete individual pics from the email. I am struggling to do this, worked on the previous version.

Not something I'd do regularly, but seems to work okay for me.
Click the image then press <--- backspace to delete?
Yes, that's how I usually do it, will try again once I'm home, maybe it was just a one off, I could not highlight the individual pic, was able to delete the whole lot. Click the image then press <--- backspace to delete?
Thanks for checking.
