As the iMac is 20 years old this year, count on a decent upgrade. Reduced Bezels etc
Doubt it, the iMac Pro is still reasonably new and I can't see them releasing a 'lower' product with a nicer form factor. They could apply it to the Pro too I guess, but doesn't it already run hot?

Anyway, I think any MacBook, MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini and iPad new releases will come in an October event. It looks like this will be just iPhone, rather irritatingly.

MacRumors has had some decent stuff up, the capacities and colours and names have all been leaked from Apple's own website. I'm a Google man myself, but I think I'll get the gf an iPhone XS Max (stupid name) 256GB. I predict a staggering price, but hey, what else is money for if not for spending on stuff you like?

one upgrade i've just realised is never mentioned, but I'm sure would be huge winner with apple users......... increase the amount of icloud data you get for free.

I know they dont actually charge that much for extra, but when you pay a premium for the products, surely they could give 10/20/50gb free?!?!?!?
On that one I’d say you’ve got Bob Hope chance.
Yup. You're forgetting Apple are absolute w.ankers.

Which is one of the reasons why you also won't see a 128GB version. The size most people actually need/want. T.ossers.
Why are they w.ankers? They exist to make $’s., and that’s what they do. If people didn’t want to buy their products they wouldn’t exist.

If I was making that kind of money or started/owned a company that did would I care what people called me?

I don't care about this gaming stuff, the basketball thing, or the ECG/uneven heart rate detection that we're not getting in the UK. Can I get a cheaper model that doesn't have that stuff?

Didn't know that. His job is to run Apple. Baffling in what world that is ok. If it's his own time and a passion, fine id have thought he should be focussed on tech, not shoes

The ECG stuff is pretty cool I think. I'm still not going to bother with a smart watch until it can manage blood sugar measuring, but it's neat they're getting there. The Series 3 will still be on sale for a cheaper price.

The Xs Max (still a st name) looks alright. Nothing unexpected so far, but it's good to see that the processor is yet more powerful. Apple's chips are really impressive, Qualcomm are still on 10nm process.

Probably the world where Apple and Nike have a formal partnership?

There are some pretty useful blood sugar meters now that link to a smartphone to store the readings; problem is they all need a finger prick blood sample to analyze. I don't see a smart watch being able to measure blood sugar any time soon because I don't think they can get away from that need to have an actual blood sample?

Yes, its coming up next I think....

The main reason for me wanting to upgrade is the camera.... and man, some of it looks very impressive.

It’s not proper dual sim unless you’re in china though. One physical sim and an Esim. How long will it be until U.K. carriers can do ESim?
