Gigabit Switch won't work with Sky Hub 2.0. Port Forwarding?

We have the solution on here, I had the same problem with a managed to-link switch and a virgin router clashing with the same IP address.

At first I changed the IP of the route which worked fine, until virgin did an update to it and it reset back to the original and clashed again.

Next time we changed the managed switch and all is happy.

Thanks to all who helped out but changing the IP address of the switch did it. All is now good and the instructions on page 1 are perfect.
