I have got it all installed, and found all my videos via UPNP, but it can't seem to get any scrapers working? I have installed the universal movie scraper and one for the TV shows but neither seem to show anywhere how to set them up?

Has anyone done this?

Cheers

What are you naming the actual video files ?

Rename a few exactly the same as they are on imdb.com and see if it scrapes them correctly.

Any reason for the additional scrapers? I've always just used the default ones without any issue.

It's because UPnP file sources can't be scanned into the local library.

As above, access them via SMB or NFS. Where are the files?

Ah damn, when I scan via SMB etc it times out and doesn't find the NAS that the files are all stored on.

Laptop etc finds the NAS fine, they have drives letters and are findable on the network, just can't figure out why UPNP is the only way KODI can see.

Have you tried setting it up using the zeroconfbrowser option?

And are your SMB settings set right in Kodi (I think it's one of the advanced settings items).

Have you tried writing the location where files are stored into the dialogue box, rather than letting kodi try to find the nas? I had to do this back in the original xbox days.
