SQL Server data editor

Anybody running SQL Server who knows of a generic table editor? I need to make irregular data changes which I normally do through the Management Studio. However, I'd like my colleague to be able to manage all the little updates here and there. I could write an interface to let her do this, but surely there is a simple tool already available which we could use?
