Can't play BBCi on full screen

I can't play BBCi on full screen, when I click on the full screen mode the whole screen just goes black, there is sound but no picture, I am running vista.

I keep doing windows updates, is the latest flash in that lot or do I do something else.
As you will have guessed, I am a computer numpty.

Flash isn't included as part of Windows Update - it's not a from Microsoft.
