anyone had issues following MS updates on 13/14 Feb
Discussion
I have, my cordless logitech mouse will now longer work following the installation of windows vista update KB938371.
Unfortunately it is not possible to uninstall this update as the uninstall option is not available.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so if you have managed to rectify it, please could you let me know.
Many thanks

Deffo the update that has done it too. Managed to get into my laptop and fix the missing file. Rebooted back to Vista again and it seemed OK. Then started doing the updates and finished. Then let me login and then booted me out again to finish off the updates - and guess what? Yep, deleted the boot file and I can't get back in again....
From what I understand there are loads of problems with this update. Thanks Microsoft. And people wonder why they get slated for reliability and problems. Phone them up and they will witter on about calling your hardware manufacturer because its not their problem. Not their problem my arse..... your update and your problem...
