I need some help,

I am in the process of buying a house in the middle of nowhere and need to get a mobile signal as there is no landline for miles. I can pick up 1 bar signal strength outside the house and a strong gprs(?) signal but nothing in the house, I want to use my mobile as a bluetooth modem for my pc (which I do at the minute) and to be able to make calls in the house.

I have seen some devices such as this http://www.wilsonelectronics.com/ListProducts.php?... and http://cellantenna.co.uk/repeater/cae50.htm, they seem pretty pricey to me

Are these what I need? any help would be most gratefully received as without a phone we are going to be in trouble work wise.

TIA

Have you checked the coverage map of your mobile provider? It could be your on the edge of coverage, another provider may have better coverage/signal strength.

I have but all the other providers charge a fortune for data, where as the one I am using is capped at €1.20 a day for unlimited use on PAYG smile
