Android keyboard.

Just add the words to your dictionary when it doesn't recognise them?
If you sync your Google account between devices over time it will pick up most of your words.
I have my Google keyboard sync between all my devices and have words from 3 languages in there.
I think the general Android opinion is that the stock Google keyboard is one of the better ones these days.

Google one or swiftkey one.
I'm very used to the swiftkey one and it's easy for multilingual support and the like, but the google one is basic and very good as well.
I do have to say that the swiftkey one is noticeable more "loaded", on slower/older phones you really notice the difference especially when opening an app that requires the keyboard (it takes a second or two for the keyboard to pop up).
For mid end devices you won't notice it though.

I do that by adding the words to my dictionary. So most of the time I type in English but use the foreign words.
Thing is, I switch languages so much that it's a pain (frustrating to try and type while it's in the wrong language). Swiftkey just does it on the fly, with up to three languages.I can fully imagine this is less of an issue with an English speaking person.
