I'm currently running a simple webcam on my site which just overwrites the last image and then places it in the page.
I would like to have the images archived, and use some form of script to place the latest image on the page. I've googled for a few hours now, and without learning php overnight I'm stumped.
Has anyone got any pointers with script/software ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Jamie,
The software ftp's the image (had a glitch when I first set it up, and got a nice email from your guys for having too many ftp connections ) sorted quickly though.
I have other software which will create a .jpg with a time stamp, and fill up your servers
It looks like I'm going to have to learn some php then.
The traffic it is generating is fantastic, so I'll be looking to expand it possibly to a streaming feed. Might be time to wedge you out soon mate and have another 100Gig a month for it to use exclusively.
Gotta say, the service you provide is excellent, had over a million pageviews last month, and not had a single user user report a slow connection

You know where to come!

Too right I know where to send people as well.
16k hits yesterday, slow day that it was nice to have our busiest month ever, and still only used 13% of our bandwidth allowance. Bet a streaming cam would make a dint in it though
The site has taken off quite nicely, it's going to quieten down as the ski season winds down, but will be much busier next year. I'll be working my way up your little list next season. We've managed to get onto yahoos first page and googles second. This webcam will generate links from all over the place

.............off now to find my copy of php for dummies
