Charity Website - Free or low cost??

Hi,

I've got myself involved with a project for a local school who are a registered charity and we need a website building for a fund raising project they have going. Does anybody know if there are any organisations out there that provide free (unlikely!) or low cost website design for a registered charity? We could muster around £300 absolute max if need be. The site is mainly for PR and to inform people about the project plus *may be* actual fund collection.
