I had a scare this morning which started with word telling me that the word document containing my coursework (which was due in 55 minutes from when I tried to open it) was corrupt and that it couldn't open it! yikes Anyway, I managed to google a way of recovering it and nothing was lost so I was VERY lucky biggrin I'm currently using memeo autobackup software that came with my external harddrive but it doesn't seem to want to back up on it's own anymore and only does it when I instruct it to, which I often forget. So I'm now on the look out for either a way of fixing memeo, or any better, free, pieces of software that are good for backing up and don't require me to do anything apart from the initial setup.

Over to you biggrin
Thanks!

or any better, free
these two words don't always go hand-in-hand !

but SyncToy from Microsoft is good, but it is not fully automated (you still need to tell it to synchronise drives)
I only said better and free, not best and free tongue out And judging by the current software, better isn't going to be difficult hehe
