Ethernet problem Windows XP

Hi guys we need some help with the following :

A new install of Windows XP has left our PC with no drivers for the Ethernet.
We are struggling to find where you can download the driver without have to use a wizard to check your other drivers.

The motherboard is an asus Abn Sli premium but even on the asus downloads we cannot get the files to unzip.

Can anyone recommend a site where you can download the drivers ?

The vendor code is ven_11AB. And the device I'd is 4320

We have gone to website but there are two possibilities on there .
Shall we test either file for the code.?
