Too old for an A45?
Discussion
Hi all
I've been and had a look at a couple of these. I like the car both inside and out, especially in. Question is at 41 am I too old for a hot hatch? Pretty sure I'll get plenty of trying to recapture youth jibes off family and friends. Is a c63 coupe more fitting?
Also it would be a weekend car
Opinions appreciated.
Thanks
Simon

Thanks for the comments.
I went to MB Birmingham today to look at C63 coupes. Impressive car, but then I saw the A45 which just looked more sporty and fun.
Are there any essential options I Should be looking for?
I know they're fairly new but have there been any reported problems I should be looking for?
Thanks

Hi All
Sorry to report but the A45 didn't last long. It was stolen on Thursday, thieves smashed into my house and rifled through the place until they found the keys and drove off.
Luckily everyone was out and they never stole a thing accept the car.
I won't go into details but basically the ruthless way in which they broke in and systematically searched for the keys there is very little that I could have done to prevent it. So be careful folks because there is little these people wont do to get their hands on your car.

Hi All
Im in Solihull so not quite Birmingham. Where are they safe in the country?
The car was great, ridiculously quick too quick for the road if honest. Real world driving can't think theres much made that would convincingly pull away from it in the bends, and think you'd be into 911turbo pace to leave it behind in the straights. Comfortable and fairly practical relatively cheap to run too.
It's very understated to anyone not into cars. Was constantly having to explain to family and friends what it was etc. People not into cars couldn't understand why I went from 911 to what they saw as a hatchback.
If security wasn't an issue I would have another one but I don't want to put my family through anymore upset or at any sort of risk even.
