Ben did you accept the quote and pay deposit? I've not signed anything, just paid the £1000. Sorry to hear guys are missing out...we've all been there.

I had the quote and was sorting it all out, had my test drive at the weekend! Turns out when it's gone it's gone.. they're trying to flog the S5 deal to me instead which is of no interest!

I missed out on a good lease deal a year back for something, this time I saw the offer, went to view the car and placed the deposit within 24 hours!

Hi, Do you know - is this deal still available if you already have a quote? Thank you, Ben

I missed out on the awesome Golf R deals so pretty much did the same!

JJbing, S5 not such a bad consolation prize...see if you can negotiate the price or at least get them to drop the admin fee.

Did anyone that had paid the 1k deposit get any confirmation today that their deal is still going ahead? If Alfa has pulled Unity's dealer contribution I wonder if these will still be honoured?

Well done everyone who got on this deal? Apparently a pricing error, no wonder dealers in North Yorkshire weren't accepting!
I can post the S5 deal if anyone is interested

Did anyone go for the central deal or was everyone dealing with unity? I feel concerned at the mention of a pricing error.

I think if they accepted deposits they should honour it regardless of pricing error

The first question I asked CVL when I originally rang them was if this was a misprice, and he was adamant it was not. Anyway, I cancelled with CVL and went with Unity. Already paid the deposit, but nil signed. So far not heard about any issues from Unity.

PS sunniguy I, like you, am shorter in stature and had no problem reaching the pedals. The classic Alfa setup position is short legs, long arms!

What am I missing here ?

People seem mad keen to spend £10k to rent a car for two years.

I've not received any emails from Unity since the confirmation of £1000 deposit last Thursday. When I spoke to Lauren on the phone I mentioned the deal was good and asked if there was any limit in allocation and she agreed it was a good deal due to uplift in residuals.

£10k to rent a 52k car for 2 years. It would lose more than that in depreciation over the 2 years. Plus just look at it it's stunning!

What is you current vehicle and how is it funded? The benefits of leasing have been discussed many times.

Matt, you went through Unity right? I think CVL had to pull their offer because they couldn't get the volume.

Yes through unity. I have sent a worried e-mail to them.
Been watching videos and reading the owners manual since I ordered!
