I too have a single garage, albeit a double with a divide so getting out isn't a issue if reversing.
I am struggling to see how one can reverse in without the aid of the side mirrors (if pulled in), or do you guys reverse as much as possible and pull mirrors in at last possible moment?

I have to reverse in at an angle
Once I’m lined up with the door I just fold in the drivers mirror knowing the other side will go past the door frame.
Becomes second nature after a while.
Just realised I was the OP...
When I bought mine I was just going to leave it on the drive.
When I got it home I realised with a bit of jiggery pokery I could get it in.

not sure if its an issue but when i was out in the car last night i put the lights on and the heating control background light shows up on the left but the right side i am struggling to to see the air direction control as its dark with no no background light, is there 2 bulbs behind the panel or just one. Not noticed bfore.
