Panda 4x4 Cross - I have serious issues.

Couldn't live with the cheap interior though, but if you really needed a sorted little off-roader you couldn't go far wrong with one of these.
I do know what you mean but I never feel shortchanged when driving our existing 500 plus after our "all the trimmings" Brera. The Cross has part "leather" seats & all the toys you get on a bigger car (heated seats, screen, climate control, electric mirrors & windows, Bluetooth with voice dial, iPod / iPhone/ USB music etc).
As a practical yet fun & cheap to run second daily driver (alongside the Brera), I can't think of anything else I'd rather buy.

Nice. What sort if price are these in petrol form?
List for mine with £1160.00 worth of extras (heated seats & Quickclear screen, comfort pack consisting of height adjustable seat belts, driver side sunglasses holder & rear grab handles, rear privacy glass & reversing sensors) was £17160.00. Basic is £16k.
Buy through the affinity scheme though (job or club related) & you get £3.5k off & a great PCP deal.

If you're an M25-ista then no point. If you live in the Dales or the North Yorkshire Moors then lots of point.
My sister has just bought a house in Snowdonia halfway up a mountain (when I say remote you can't even drive to it - you have to walk or use a tractor to get big items up) and I've been saying she should look at Panda 4x4s. I had a perfect demonstration from one a couple of years ago in Val d'Isere; there was one opposite our hotel fitted with snow tyres (I had been having a geeky look at it) and one morning it drove off up a rather steep hill opposite that must have been well over a foot deep in new snow, and it just buggered off. I'd have sworn you'd need a tracked vehicle to get up there. Much respect.
Well, almost two weeks in and nothing but positives to say about how the car looks & drives.
Sadly, no snow but plenty of sub zero temperatures. Major plus points are the heated front screen, super quick bum warmers (shame they don't do the lower back too), the hight upright driving position /ground clearance & the frankly superb feeling of solidity. It's quiet too, a lot quieter than the 500.
Ok, the plastics are hard but that's to be expected but the general ergonomics & in cabin stowage space are great.
Seat comfort is excellent (over short journeys to date) & leather in lays in the doors are tidy. The boot is fantastic. Perfect size & shape.
The Blue & me actually works, radio 2 sounds great & the Satnav integration via the 68r port is brill.
All the controls are excellent in terms of touch, weight & feel.
Minor downsides are the economy at only 35.3mpg over the first 178 miles (will get better as my 500 TA did), a more cramped than my 500 footwell when wearing my size 10 Magnum work boots & the positioning of the heated seat switches.
Rear legroom is tight too, tighter than the 500 when the front seat is in my position but access is great.
Overal, a brilliant daily driver that I'm happy to drive anywhere & park anywhere.
Now, where's the bloody snow!?!?!?

Great review of the FIAT Panda Cross Twinair on Fifth Gear.
Driven by Tiff, I feared the worst as he usually hates cheaper Italian stuff but against a Defender 90 being driven through a challenging off road quarry course by a off road instructor, the Panda easily won.
Lots of positives & didn't say anything negative. Gobsmacked!
My Panda is now on 850 miles. Going great. Still no snow though
