Alfa's - Are They Really As Bad As People Say?

I went into the main dealer in Guildford today. All I wanted was an Alfa keyfob. "Sorry, that's Parts and they shut at 12". Thanks a lot. If it was my dealership, I'd say "There you go, give me a tenner in cash, and I'll sort it out with Parts on Monday."

I've just gone and bought a 147 2.0ts. 3dr in black. Gorgeous it is too. Only problem is, i have to wait til tomorrow evening to pick it up!! grrrrr
