Quick Straw Poll, how much oil does your Tspark engine consume every 1000 miles ??

But actually i've checked that and it says;
"during the initial period of use the engine settles, therefore the engine oil consumption may be considered stabilised only after the first 5000/6000km"

So if you have it where it says differently elsewhere please any help you MAY have would be great.

Alternatively if you can point out exactly where it says the consumption may be in the handbook that would be great !

My GTV manual (ok, so its a 3.0V6) has almost word-for word what pwig states. Also, it says to check every 300 miles regardless! Luckily I used 2l over the 1st 8000 miles and none at all since (currently at 36000!)

Cheers, on another update the engineers report that Lloyds commisioned has shown that the vehicle was NEVER run low on oil, at any point in the vehicles life !!
