Abarth 595 Competizione VS 695 Yamaha XSR?
Discussion
Can anyone shed some light on trying to choose between these two? Considering one of these in the coming months but with both starting at the same RRP why would you choose one over the other or vice versa? I'm seemingly split in opinion.
The 695's performance is as follows:
Power 165 bhp
Top Speed 135 mph
0-60 mph 7.1 secs
Torque 230 Nm, 170 ft-lb
CO2 Emissions 139 g/km
Euro Emissions Standard 6
Miles Per Tank 361 miles
and the 595 Comp:
Power 180 bhp
Top Speed 140 mph
0-60 mph 6.5 secs
Torque 250 Nm, 184 ft-lb
CO2 Emissions 139 g/km
Euro Emissions Standard 6
Miles Per Tank 361 miles
So what does the 695 offer to justify the same price yet be slower? I'm assuming its some of the options as standard such as exhaust and carbon packs?
All opinons welcome

Seems like the XSR is out then! I went to a dealer and they can spec a performance pack but doesn't seem to be anywhere in writing about it anymore and simply instructed me that it would most likely be a factory order. My grave error was having a test drive in the Biposto.... head and heart suddenly have conflicting views :S

If there was a biposto at the right price when I purchased my car I would have gone for that
+1 to the hearts opinion. I had a chance to take the Biposto Record out and almost couldn't contain myself when I first laid eyes on it, let alone hearing the the words "test drive..?". I'm 21, I'm sure sensible can wait a few years..... now just to find the money to bridge the gap between a new Competizione and a delivery miles "new" Biposto.Gassing Station | Alfa Romeo, Fiat & Lancia | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
