Purple Diablo going to castle combe and Orange Gallardo about 10 miles further south, also miserable git filling up with petrol in a Red 328

Saw my first Gallardo today - sitting in a traffic jam! Still looked stunning in yellow .

- really sorry...but the fuel light was on "you're a muppet and should have stopped at the last one you just passed and didnt cos you thought you'd be clever" stage.....once ran my esprit out of fuel and it was one of the more embarassing 15 minutes beside the road I have to say!

tell you what though...the exige doesnt half look agressive as it draws up close!

did you enjoy it as much as you looked like you were enjoying it?

Having seen pics I thought that it was very 'benign' looking compared to the Series 1, but it dont look like that from the road - even from my low-slung seat. The wider front track and roof mount make it look bloody hard!

gonna get one? (oh, and where did you 'borrow' it from?

Throw the keys to your Lambo at our DP for the weekend and I'm sure he'll let you borrow it!

it certainly is an awesome car for covering ground cross country quickly (did over 300miles going nowhere in particular that weekend )
