Ch5 (in UK) are showing "The Fly" tonight which is the only film I know of to show a Biturbo derivative. A villainous character drives a silver car, presumably a 228 but I'll be checking for giveaway details.

A swift web search came up with http://imcdb.jexiste.fr/index.php?s=Maserati with a score of 17 cars of different era.

The following text appears on a couple of websites-
"Maserati has appeared in almost 40 films from 1950 to date, directed by artists of world wide fame such as Michelangelo Antonioni, Vincente Minnelli, Vittorio de Sica, Don Siegel, and starring such actors as Kirk Douglas, Glenn Ford, Donald Sutherland, Peter Sellers and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The Maserati Spyder has quickly picked up where great Maseratis from the past left off, as a favourite of Hollywood. The car is a featured prominently on "Fastlane" which drew over 10 million viewers on FOX to its premiere episode. The car was also featured in "The Bachelor" on ABC"
Cheers

Ah, FastLane. A sort of Miami Vice for the new millenium

I guess Fox dropped it after the first series. Pity, 'cos it was good for the cars and girlies
